About YafYaf

YafYaf is a small notebook for the things you'll want to look up later. Write a line or two, it gets a date, and when you need it again you search for it. That's it. A note can be a single sentence or several paragraphs.

Notes are written in Markdown. Add a bit of formatting, a link or a list when it helps. Ignore it when it doesn't.

There's no feed and nothing to share. Nobody sees your notes but you.

It's quick, it's small and it's made for your phone. It doesn't try to be a to-do list or a wiki. It's just notes with search.

You don't need an account to start. Click the button, write your first note, come back whenever. If you want your notes on more than one device, register with an email and a password. The email is only used to send you a login link if you ask for one.
